結局これはどうやったのか忘れてしまいましたが解決しまたが、他の問題もあってOSの再インストールをしてすべてを解決しました。アドバイスありがとうございます。今後ともよろしくお願い申し 上げます。Mac Proは誰も使っていないので困ります。

こんにちは
バージョンがわかりませんが、私が知る限り、Creative SuiteだろうがCreative Cloudだろうが、アクティベーション（ライセンス認証
ができない理由は殆どこれです。
有償サブスクリプションが体験版で起動する。シリアル番号を求められる。
すなわち、ライセンス認証サーバーにアクセスできないネットワーク環境か、Apprication Magangerが何かの要因で破損しているか、海賊版をインストールした過去があるか、です。
